Homemade Yeast Rolls

3 pks of yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup lukewarm water
2 cups milk (scalded)
2/3 cup melted shortening
2/3 cup sugar
4 teaspoons salt
4 eggs (beaten)
8 cups plain flour
Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar in lukewarm water. Scald milk, let cool until lukewarm. Melt shortening, let cool until lukewarm. Now pour milk in mixing bowl, add shortening, salt and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Pour in yeast mixture, beat well. Add flour to make soft dough. Let stand for 10 minutes. Knead on table until smooth. Plan in greased bowl. Grease top and cover and place in refrigerator.
Roll out dough, cut and brush with melted margarine. Place on cookie sheet, sit in a warm place. Let rise. Cook in oven at 375 until done.
